When we search for listings by style on the Columbus Board of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service we are searching for a category of floor plan. The majority of homes in Columbus are Two Story, One Story, Split, Bi-Level or Cape Cod floor plans. In historic neighborhoods we see Three Story or 2 1/2 Story homes.
