Barbara, a life long resident of Plain City, has been a successful real estate agent for over 10 years. Working with customers for 20 years in retail has contributed to her success in the real estate industry. Barbara graduated from Jonathan Alder High School and returned as the high school librarian for four years after graduating from Ohio University. She has been very active in the community, serving as president of the Plain City Library Board of Trustees, and is an active member of the Plain City Presbyterian Church where she sings in the church choir. Barbara earned membership in both the Ohio Board of Realtors and the Marysville Association of Realtors Million Dollar Clubs in her first full year as a realtor. She has since earned numerous awards including the Real Living HER Gold Award for outstanding results in real estate sales, and credits her success to hard work and caring about people she represents. Barbara is joined in the office by her husband Michael, an army veteran, and her niece Linda Beachy. Michael has been involved in the Plain City community serving as it's mayor and currently sits on the zoning board. Michael was just recognized as one of the "People Who Give Back" to their community. When not working, Barbara and Michael enjoy their 3 beautiful grandchildren! Linda is active in the community as well, serving on the Jonathan Alder Board of Education. She and her husband Randy are busy with the Sharon Mennonite Church family and are the parents of 3 children. Steven just graduated from Ohio University where Tim will be a sophomore, and it looks like Brooke, who will be a senior at Alder may become an OU Bobcat, also!
