I have been operating out of the Marysville office for nearly 1 year, and am a new Realtor. Bob has been tremendously supportive during my brief tenure. Having been in management for 24 years of my career, I understand the majority of challenges Bob faces, and he does a great job.

When you are new to this industry, the terminology and operational requirements are somewhat overwhelming. Bob has always been there for me and helped me through any difficulty I have faced. Just one of the programs at our office is the monthly education referred to as the 'lunch-n-learn'. The subject matter may range from new legislation to different marketing opportunities. I find them invaluable.

I would recommend anyone interested in a real estate career in our area to give HER Real Living and our office serious consideration and a large part of my confidence is Bob's wealth of knowledge and helpful attitude.

You are an awesome Manager! You have a difficult job trying to appease us all, and you're very good at what you do. I think HER did a good job in choosing Bob to manage our office in Marysville. He is here for us when we need support, and he always has the answers for my questions. He laughs with us. He's sad with us. He encourages us and tries hard to keep us motivated. He has been there when I need him including one time when he stayed at the office until 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night to help me hold a half million dollar deal together. I meant a lot to me, and I'm glad to have Bob for my manager.

As a new agent, I have found the world of real estate to be quite challenging from a variety of aspects. Rarely does a day pass that I don't have a question about marketing, relationship building, and related paperwork and supporting material. I quickly found my manager, Bob McCarthy, to be a source of wealth of information and knowledge in all aspects of real estate. He takes the time to coach new agents through new processes and provides underlying reasons to help individuals in understanding the principles behind the instruction. I feel very fortunate to have Bob as a manager.

When Bob McCarthy was introduced as our office manager, we recall there was uncertainty in the office at first as the expectations placed on an office manager seem to test their true identity. After all, they have to be multi-talented as a teacher, psychologist, mediator, custodian, receptionist, computer programmer, etc. Could this new unknown possibly be capable of filling the previous manager's huge shoes and master the overwhelming responsibilities of an office manager, much less go home and be a loving husband and caring father? Well, not only has he mastered all the necessary skills and all the different personalities in our office, but under his leadership, the Marysville office has set all time records and will be moving into a new office soon. I wonder how long Bob will be here in Marysville before HER Real Living snatches another special person from us.
