Carol A. Couch, Real Estate Consultant

Carol Couch has over 17 years experience in serving clients in either buying or selling real estate. She is a member of National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Ohio Association of Realtors® (OAR), and Columbus Board of Realtors® (CBR). Her education includes Columbus State Community College and continuing education is on-going. Carol has won the following awards in the professional world of Real Estate: Top/HER Award, Brass/Bronze/Silver/Gold HER Awards, Excellence in Customer Service Award, Winner's Circle and Million Dollar club. Carol is a member of the Reynoldsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and a long time resident of Reynoldsburg.

Her hobbies include photography, reading, gardening, painting, and genealogy,computers and all things techie.

Branden C. Meyer, Real Estate Professional

Branden Meyer is a member of National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Ohio Association of Realtors® (OAR), Columbus Board of Realtors® (CBR), CBR Governmental Affairs Committee, CBR Legislative Affairs Subcommittee and Treasurer of the Tri-County Realty Association.

His education includes a B.A. from Capital University and studied at Universität Passau in Passau, Germany; Real Estate Pre-Licensing Courses, Hondros College; Auctioneering Pre-Licensing Courses, The Ohio Auction School; Floyd Wickman's Real Estate Sales Course, and continuing education is on-going. Branden has earned the Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS) designation.

Branden is also a licensed Auctioneer. Branden has also worked many years with Mike Brandly, Auctioneer of Brandly & Associates one of Central Ohio's largest auction companies. In addition, Branden has worked with Mark VanHook, Auctioneer; Tom Klug, Auctioneer; John Bakitis, John B. Auctions; Greg Belhorn, Belhorn Auction Services; Rob Gibbs, Gibbs Auction Services; Cheri Gray, Auctioneer and has been very active with the auction market both in real and personal property. Branden is a Life Member of the National Eagle Scout Association, a member of the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church and is a lifelong resident of Pickerington.
