Meet Lauri Jones with Joshua Homes

Hi, my name is Lauri Jones.

I decided about a year ago to make a big change in my life. I moved from Chicago to Columbus. I decided to buy a house. I looked at a lot of homes! The last home I saw was a Joshua Home model. After looking at existing homes in my price range, it was super easy for me to decide that is what I wanted to live in. The quality was amazing. The 40 year transferable warranty with no transfer fee was a big selling point. It also has a 20 year dry basement and 2 year mechanical guarantee! They use of Kohler and Whirlpool products; WilsonArt counter tops and Armstrong floors all were positives for me. They provided excellent customer care from the start of the house to the end -it was just amazing to me! The last step in the process was that the owner of the company Eric Schottenstein, actually attended my closing and personally and took the time to explain every last detail of my new home. It made me feel very special to the company and to him to have him take that time with me.

I was sold on the whole Joshua experience so much so that I asked him for a job! I had been in sales for years and looking for a career change and he gave me that chance. Instead of selling food I now sell Joshua Homes.
