As a lifelong resident of Central and S.E. Ohio, Christy offers a wealth of knowledge of the Central Ohio area. Christy has lived in the Central Ohio area since 1984 with her husband, Dale, and two children. Christy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Christy joined HER Realtors in 2002 and holds numerous awards including the CBR Ten Million Dollar Club, OAR President's Sales Club 2003-2008, Real Living Rookie of the Year, Real Living Bronze Award 2003 & 2004, and the Real Living Silver Award 2005-2008. Kathleen is a native Ohioan but she has a keen sensitivity to the needs of relocating clients after relocating several times with her husband and three children. Kathleen has lived in Dublin since 1996 with her husband, Dan, and their three children. Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. Her genuine enthusiam for real estate along with her extensive background in marketing and finance is a benefit when listing or selling your home! Kathleen's knack with interior decor is also a plus in staging homes to sell!
