Testimonial sent from Dr. Bensonhaver to Real Living CEO
"Today my two sisters and I have completed the sale of our family home in Lancaster, Ohio with the exceptional assistance of one of your agents, Connie Hall. Over the years, I have been through about thirty closings of residential and commercial properties and have dealt with many agents, some quite capable. Connie is the best ever!" She aggressively marketed the property, assisted me with several able local contractors to put it in saleable condition, navigated several offers two of which were complex and actively shepherded the whole process to conclusion. With agents such as her, no doubt your company will thrive for many years to come."Charles Bensonhaver, MD SeabrookIsland, SC

June 30, 2007I would like to tell you about my recent experience of working with Connie Hall. As POA for my Mom, I had the job of helping her make the move to Reflections and get her house in Lancaster sold. In asking around about realtors, Connie Hall's name came up several times as the one to get it done. I called Connie almost a year ago but we were not ready to list yet. She met with us and gave us all the info we asked for. There was no pressure, nobody bugged us during that year. Then by mid April, we were ready and listed with Connie. She had an offer within 2 weeks and after some dealings back and forth the home was sold and closed June 15th. From beginning to closing, Connie kept me informed of everthing going on. There were some issues with the house that had to be dealt with during the process and I felt like I was up to the minute on all of it the entire time. And this was all done while I was in Florida. I was never left in the dark and I never had to call to ask what was happening. The brochures and the web page were professional but I think the good old communication meant the most to me. I do not know the real estate business but I sure found someone who does and Connie made it too easy. HER is lucky to have her. Sincerely, Gary Berkshire
