Bylaws and Deed Restrictions
The Shores Deed Restrictions were put in place to help keep the beauty, value and charm of our community. Listed below are just a few examples of what can be found in The Shores Deed Restrictions:*Type and placement of child "play sets" *Number and kinks of pets *Storage/Refuse contanier location *Construction of fence, decks and out buildings *Satellite dishes *Home additions *Cutting down of trees *Landscaping at street intersections of property There are thirteen separate sections of deed restrictions in The Shores and each section may have slightly different restrictions for various reasons, such as homes that are on ponds. Orange Township Information
The new bike path is a top project this year. There is going to be miles of bike paths placed all over Orange Township!Orange Township has acquired a pond and surrounding land from Villages of Oak Creek which is being connected to the township hall and being made into a park.

Annual Dues
The Annual $85 Shores Homeowners Dues are due on January 31, 2009. Invoices have been sent out this year. Please check your mail!
Garage Sale
Mark your calendars, it's Garage Sale time again! Start cleaning out those closets and basements! This is a great way to clean up your house and meet some of your neighbors! There will be signs posted at each entrance and advertisements will be published in local newspapers. If you know in advance you are going to participate, simply e-mail Donna Conrad (dconrad3@insight.rr.com) with your street address. The address will allow Donna to arrange a post pick-up for a charity group that following Monday (last year they would not come out without a list of addresses).
