Philosophy/Mission Statement:

Purchasing a home is the single-most important financial decision most of us will make in our lifetime. I place strong professional ethics at the top of the list in assisting my clients. I am committed to providing quality, personal service to my clients, no matter the value or location of the home.

Who I am....

I am home grown in Fairfield County, having grown up in the Pleasantville and Baltimore areas. I believe in the tight knit Fairfield County communities and have been involved in a number of projects here, including fundraising for my local fire department, writing community news for the local newspaper, and assisting in restoring the town hall theater.

How I can help YOU!

I am a member of both the Lancaster and Columbus MLS, and cooperate with all the other brokers on the MLS (and most who aren't). That allows me to show and sell any property that appears on the multi-lists, saving you the time of running from office-to-office, and explaining what you want to countless agents. So, whether you are a first-time home-buyer or a seasoned investor, I can help find what you are looking for.

	Absolute dedication to my client. It's all about you and what you need.
	Accessibility. You will not be left to wonder if I've left town. I am easily contacted by phone, and you can expect to hear from me regularly to keep in touch.
	Philosophy. Other agents put your home on the market. I try to sell it.
	Reassessment. Home not selling? I need to figure out why. I will monitor market changes and current sales and let you know if they are affecting your sale.
	Personal service. I will not send a substitute to host your open house - no one will know your house better than I. I've even been known to help paint walls and pull weeds, but don't spread that around!!
