When Dwight Eberhart joined the HER Real Living Management Team in 1994, the Dublin N/W Regional office featured 40 associates and approxomately $40 million in closed volume. Today, thanks to Eberhart's leadership and 20 years of real estate experience, the Dublin office boasts over 125 associates. As a result, the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) reports that the HER Real living Dublin office is the No. 1 office (based on closed volume) on the N/W side. Throughout his successful real estate career, Eberhart has earned his CRS, GRI, RRS and RIS designations and has achieved the CBR $10 Million Dollar Club Award.
