My grandfather had a very simple saying, "Respect others, and smile." There's alot of wisdom in that little expression. The lessons my grandfather taught me were many and meaningful. And now that I'm grown with a child and family of my own, they mean even more. There are over 5,200 realtors in central Ohio alone! In fact, you can't swing a dead cat in Columbus without hitting a realtor! So what makes me think I deserve your business more than the agent down the street? Well, a few things:

	Follow-up with your mortgage lender, the title company, the seller's agent and others until the house is yours.

	Coordinate the details of your closing with all parties involved.
