HER Company History
In 1956, Harley E. Rouda founded HER in the basement of his Upper Arlington home with a door resting on two saw horses as his desk. Since then, HER has become the largest residential real estate company in central Ohio with more than 600 sales associates working out of 34 offices. HER's sales associates are ranked No. 1 among independent megabrokers in the United States for productivity, and associates with three or more years' experience average commissions totaling more than $89,000 annually.
