Fran Link is my Licensed Personal Assistant. She comes to my office with professionalism and years of experience. Fran's first 6 six years as a professional Realtor she was attained HER Real Living's Bronze award and the Columbus Board of Realtors 1 Million Dollar Club. She works with clients throughout Columbus and the surrounding area. Fran specializes in working with Buyers, New Builds, Short Sales, and providing outstanding service. Fran joined Jan's team in 2005, and brings her own brand of hospitality to our team, making her Real Estate expertise available to clients with just a phone call. Fran doesn't have much spare time, but what she has she spends with her family and contributing her time to her community.

Liz Tyler is another seasoned agent who is part of Jan's team. She believes that quality personalized service, blended with integrity, honesty, enthusiasm and commitment, is the foundation for a successful business relationship.

After many years as a Real Estate professional, Fred Buoni is in semi-retirement, but he remains part of Jan's team as one of the best advisors an agent can have.

Venus Eddy Taylor is my Personal Assistant and Office Administrator. She maintains a marketing plan for all listings including various internet programs, prepares comparative market analysis and presentations, designs and creates fact sheets, flyers and other publications, handles scheduling and other office duties as well as hosting open houses. After over 10 years as a Real Estate administrator, Venus knows as much about the busness as possible without a license. Her experience as a pre-school teacher also helps her adapt to each client's needs with compassion and understanding. Venus has enjoyed moving around the country, but always comes home to central Ohio where she currently lives with her husband in Clinton Estates. When not taking care of Jan and Fran, Venus likes to spend time with her grandma and 9 God-children.
