Some things I tell you may not be what you want to hear, but you'll always know where I stand. I tend to tell it how it is and not "sugar-coat" things.

I am flexible. I'm not talking about my body as it is getting older and stiffer by the day. I'm 39 and have two kids. Enough said! I'm talking about my hours of work. If I am able to show you a home on a Saturday night at 9:00pm and that's what you want, I'll do it. As a matter of fact, I just did recently and got my client in contract. My wife will get over it!
Speaking of my wife, she is the Home Mortgage Consultant in our office (a division of Wells Fargo). Feel free to use her to help you out with your mortgage needs. Don't feel you have to use her if you are working with me though. If you already have a lender you want to use, that's fine. She's merely an option, and one that I must disclose due to our relationship. There's that honesty thing again! One advantage of our relationship is that we don't have to play "phone tag" to get information to each other. Her website is linked from mine.
Finally, I have a sense of humor. See above. We all should have one, as life is short and much better if we laugh a lot. I try to find humor in many things. This doesn't mean I don't take my job seriously. Selling homes is a very serious business and professionalism is always involved. Just know that you may smile or laugh a few times during the process.
