Jim Copp

Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 1999, and has won numerous awards with Real Living HER as an independent agent. He joined The McCurdy Team in 2006. Pat Halverson Eddy

Pat joined our team in 2006, and has a long history with HER Real Living, having been the executive assistant to Harley Rouda, Sr for 33 years! Pat personally assisted in all aspects of Human Resources overseeing the hiring of the staff at all of our offices and assisting in establishing the professional atmosphere that HER is to this day! Pat manages the daily operations of our office and is here to make sure your experience with us is rewarding!

Debbie Grandits

A member of The McCurdy Team since she acquired her real estate license in 1997, Debbie's success came quickly, having reached the distinction of multi-million dollar producer in 1998. Prior to joining Real Living HER, Debbie worked for a custom builder gaining insider knowledge of the building process from blueprints to closing, remaining in close contact with clients daily to assure their wishes were followed to the last detail. Debbie was responsible for organizing and preparing the showcase homes for one of the local "Parade of Homes" through their interior design phase. Debbie is a specialist in the relocation process, and can assist her clients with all phases of relocation to a new city. Ben Hemmert

Ben was raised in Westerville and is a graduate of St. Charles Prep. After receiving a business degree from Miami University, he returned home to begin his career in real estate. He has been with The McCurdy Team since '03 and flourished early on as predominantly a buyer's representative. As his career progresses he is representing more sellers of past clients who are also buyers. Ben has great patience and receives much enjoyment from working with first time buyers. He dedicates himself to hard work and time management skills to accommodate the busiest of customers at any time of day or week. Ben currently resides in German Village, with his wife, Audra.

Bob Herbst

Bob has been a licensed Realtor since 2006, and joined the McCurdy Team upon receiving his Real Estate License. Bob has been a long time investor in real estate, and has experience in Property Management. Bob resides in Delaware with his wife. Donna joined Real Living HER in 1998 as an independent agent "specializing in unique properties". Prior to being a licensed sales agent in Ohio, Donna was very active as a Realtor in Seattle, Washington. Holly Morgan

Holly Morgan joined the McCurdy team in November 2008. Holly is from a small town…Medford New Jersey, where she was also a licensed agent for many years. Holly and her family relocated here in 2005 due to her husband’s corporate relocation. She was licensed here in Ohio shortly thereafter. Holly enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, although, she specializes in working with buyers who are relocating. With her personal experience related to the relocation process Holly has a clear understanding of the many challenges families face when making difficult relocation decisions. Holly, her husband Chris, and their three daughters reside in the Estates of Walker Woods in Lewis Center. In her spare time, she is a Room Parent for her second grader and of course, a “soccer mom”. Holly is full of energy and enthusiasm and her strong interpersonal skills coupled with an extensive customer service background make her an excellent addition to the McCurdy Team.
