When you visit a new construction site, you are greeted by a representative of the builder or "seller". The builder has his or her own agent...why shouldn't YOU? I do not represent these communities...I represent buyers. I can help you sort through the various companies and determine what is available at a price and completion time that you need.
As a Certified New Construction Specialist, I have received extensive continuing education on all aspects of new construction. I have also established relationships with the new build sales staff of many home builders that can only enhance your buying experience. I also pride myself on keeping informed of the latest trends in the building industry.

WHAT DO I COST?

NOTHING! It does not cost you anything to have a Realtor represent you. The builder will pay the REALTOR'S commission and this is recognized by the builders as a normal marketing fee and has no impact on the final cost of the home. The builder WILL NOT give you a discount if you do not have a REALTOR. Builders highly value the customer traffic that REALTORS provide and won't cut special deals which might jeopardize good working relationships.

I can help you negotiate for upgrades, extras and other concessions that you may be entitled to receive. The relationships that I have established assures you the best possible deal. I will be there to review the contract, help with your design selections, coordinate inspections and attend all meetings and punchouts with the sales agent and building supervisor. I will also ensure that the final closing goes smoothly so that your new build experience will be a pleasant one.
