Today's market demands that your property receive the attention of a full-time agent. I have made that commitment and am available to answer your questions as well as others about your home. I have worked continuously for the past 28 years and was associated with the Real Estate Field in Licking County for over nine years before pursuing my real estate license. I am a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors as well as a member of Columbus, Licking, Fairfield and Muskingum Board of Realtors. My specialty is Buyer Representation.

As a member, I have access to the local Multiple Listings Service (MLS) and also the Columbus Board of Realtors - serving Licking, Franklin, Fairfield, Perry, Knox and Muskingum counties. My family and I have been residents of the Licking County area since 1972. Married to Fred, we have three children. Our children grew up in Licking County and the schools are a great concern to me for the future of our community.

Born and raised in Licking County, Bev currently lives in Newark with her husband Ray and three boys, ages 9 to 22.

Before starting a career in real estate and joining Marsha Weiner's "American Dream Team" with Real Living HER, she worked for a transportation company holding several positions over the 18 years she was with the company. She served many counties, such as Licking, Knox, Coshocton, Muskingum, and Franklin with excellent customer service. Beverly completed certifications and received many awards over the years, within the company. She also holds the Vice President's Honor Award for Customer Service Excellence in 2004.

A Licking County native and residing in Newark,Dave and his wife Debbie have three children ages 18 to 24 years old.

Prior to starting in real estate with Real Living HER and joining Marsha Weiner's "American Dream" Team, Dave was an active member of the Licking County business community. As the owner of Hall & Son Photo, in downtown Newark, he was the fourth generation of family members to serve the Licking County area. He also owned and operated J&B Studio, located in Heath, which served most of the area schools and sports leagues. While active in the business community, Dave was a member of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce and is a past member of the Newark Rotary Club.

A thirty six year resident of Licking County, Gloria is a native of the Pittsburgh, PA area. She and her two sons have enjoyed living in Granville for the past twenty-five years.

After having completed a BS degree at California University of PA and an MA in education at The Ohio State University, Gloria served in the Lakewood School District for thiry-four years as an English teacher and guidance counselor. Recently retired as an educator, she is enjoying time with family, traveling and a new career in real estate.

Originally from Central Ohio, Tammy began her career in real estate after relocating to Licking County.

Tammy's career began in banking. She spent several years fine tuning her skills and education. Tammy eventually earned the title of PBA.

This gave Tammy the advantage she needed to make a career change and work in public education. Her passion was to work with children and she chose this career move to work with emotionally disabled children. She found this to be very rewarding.

Tammy's family years later relocated to Licking County which brought her to Marsha Weiner's American Dream Team, Real Living HER, and real estate. As a licensed assistant she provides customer service and personal care to our buyers, sellers, and members of our team.
