The time for the current Tax Credit is closing in! If you do not have a home in contract by April 30th then you will MISS the Tax Credit. That is $8000 to new home buyers and $6500 to buying again buyers. I will tell you that homes that have been on the market are now starting to move much quicker because of this. It is Basketball Time!
This is one of my favorite times of the year because of the NCAA Basketball tournament (March Madness). This has nothing to do with homes but it is a great time. Hope your favorite team does well in the tournament and you enjoy the games.
