Real Living HER Westerville Office Earns Performance Awards

COLUMBUS, OHIO(Feb. 27, 2007) - The Real Living HER Westerville office earned four Real Living Family Awards and an Innovation Award during the company's annual convention and awards ceremony, Momentum 2007.

The Family Awards recognize overall production, percentage improvement, volume increase or support of affiliated services such as relocation, title and mortgage throughout the entire Real Living Network. The Westerville office received the Outstanding Office Award, awarded to the top five producing offices within the Real Living Network, based on Gross Commission Income (GCI). Any office that opened on or before Jan. 1, 2006 is eligible. The Westerville office ranked No. 1 of the top five; Relocation Results, awarded to the top five Real Living offices that supported Real Living Relocation in 2006. Award is based on total outgoing referrals closed per office, divided by total agents in that office; Tops in Title Award, awarded to the top five Real Living offices that support Real Living Title Agency, based on number of closed transactions per office using Real Living Title from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2006; and Mortgage Merit Award, awarded to the top five Real Living offices that support Real Living Mortgage, based on actual closed loans from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2006.

The Innovation Awards honor new agents who have catapulted into success in just one year within the Real Living Network, managers demonstrating phenomenal leadership and office success and the Network Partner who best embodies the Real Living spirit of entrepreneurship and passion. For the third consecutive year, the Westerville office received the Vince and Joe Aveni Award, awarded to the managers of offices that have achieved the highest overall volume, highest number of transaction sides, highest annual increase in volume and highest annual increase in transaction sides. The Westerville office was recognized for closing the most transactions of any office in the Real Living Network in 2006.

"This has been a very productive and successful year for our office," said Gloria Rau, manager of the Real Living HER Westerville office. "We're excited for 2007 and looking forward to another successful year."

Real Living announced that nearly 1,000 associates and 30 offices received performance awards at the conference, which was held Feb. 11-14 in Cancun, Mexico.
