Our mission
 | The Prospect Merchant's Association was organized in 2002 to bring the businesses of Prospect together to work on common goals:. Community service
. Support existing agencies
. Help develop exisiting businesses
. Attract new business
. Protect the interest of the Prospect business
community

Who can be a member?
| | Any person who lives in or does business in the Prospect area are welcome to be members of the association. |
When and where does the association meet?
| | Monthly meetings are held the first Monday of each month at the Prospect Senior Center, 318 North Elm Street, at 5:30 PM. |
What does membership cost?
| | Annual dues are $24 per year or pro-rated at $2 per month, payable annually by January 1st of each year. |
Project activities
| | Association members are actively working on several community projects.Adopted SR203 for road side clean-up Assisted Lions Club with July 4th community
festival Working with various community organizations
and associations to establish Holiday
Season events such as historical bridge
lighting, caroling, children gifts by santa,
adopt a family, tour of homes, antique store
open house. Working with CAN DO Marion County Economic
Development Director, Marion County to
develop community planning process for
further business development. Upcoming events: March 15 and April 12, 2003 Fish Fry at K of P Hall, Prospect June 7, 2003 Prospect Community Yard Sale starting at 9 AM. July 4, 2003 Prospect Fireworks at Village Park behind the firehouse Prospect--where you want to come home!
