We use a variety of traditional and non-conventional methods to provide the services sellers want. We evaluate markets to determine home values, stage homes to maximize home's features, refer qualified venders for home improvements, hold open houses to solicit qualified buyers, negotiate sales contracts with skill, and offer buying and relocation referral services.

We facilitate the pre-qualifying process, provide useful relocation resources, show homes at buyers convenience, evaluate markets to determine home values, execute and negotiate sales contracts with skill, oversee new build processes, and help arrange financing, home and termite inspections, title company services, and appraisals. We do all of these things and more using traditional and non-conventional methods to achieve a smooth buying process.
