About Me

Tim has lived all his life in Licking County. He has one son, Brandon, who recently graduated from Wittenberg University. Tim is a radical Licking Valley Panthers fan, having lived in the Hanover area for over 24 years. His son, Brandon, was the Kicker for the Licking Valley Panthers Football Team in the 2000 and 2001 football seasons. The Panthers played in the State Championship game in 2001.

Tim has built a solid reputation for customer satisfaction for 30 years as the owner and founder of Custom Builders, and is devoted to making your move as easy as possible.

I began working as a building contractor in 1977 and have been involved in the exciting housing/real estate business since that time. I became a licensed agent after realizing how much I truly enjoyed helping clients on a one to one basis.
