Pre-Approval for New Contruction

Financing your new build can differ from a traditional pre-approval in some ways.  Credit, income, and debt still have to be checked, but the approach may be different depending on your structure and build.  

The specific new build pre-approval will give you buying and building power.  By speaking with a loan officer familiar with the new build process, you will be educating yourself on the financial side of buying a home.  This preparation can be the reason you do or don't build the home of your dreams. Show builders that you mean business and your financing is solid.
