Vision, Mission, and Goals

 

The world is constantly changing. In order to stay ahead in my business and personal life, I must develop a plan to be ready for what the future brings. Evaluating my role as a real estate agent will allow me to be successful. This winning game plan benefits my clients and my community, as well as helps me achieve my own personal and business goals.

 

My Mission:

To create a smooth and rewarding transaction for my clients that accomplishes their goals and helps them achieve their dreams.

 

My Vision:

My vision serves as the framework for my mission and guides my business with what I need to accomplish in order to achieve growth that is both quality and sustainable.

Visionary Goal #1:  Excellent personal service

To create business and transactions based on trust and care so my clients feel comfortable throughout the process.

 

Goals:

Create three new relationships per month related to the real estate industry

Attend at least one continuing education class every quarter for continual growth

Hold meetings to help those not familiar with the industry once every six months

 

Daily Activity For Future Success:

Seeking to first understand the personal needs and wants of my clients.

 


Visionary Goal #2: Meeting the wants, needs, and position of clients

To get my clients the property they want and which fits the clients' personal, financial, and family needs.

 

Goals:

Counseling each client to understand their wants and needs.

Educating clients on the importance and value of home ownership.

Educating clients to the best of my ability on the future and/or additional costs of home ownership.

 

Daily Activity For Future Success:

Teaching my clients the areas and process of purchasing or selling a property.

 


Visionary Goal #3: Create relationships that last a lifetime

To create relationships that lead to friendships built on trust and education of the real estate market and process.

 

Goals:

Get to know every client as a person and understand his/her/their needs.

Continually build my client list by adding one client per week.

Attend at least one continuing education class per month for continual growth.

 

Daily Activity For Future Success:

Make my clients' number one goal, my number on goal, every day.

  


Visionary Goal #4:  Uphold personal and professional ethics and standards

To uphold the standards and ethics set forth by Ohio license law, Columbus Realtors, my brokerage, and my personal standards.

 

Goals:

Treat every client and every transaction with the highest care and ethical conduct.

Review current practices to ensure highest ethical standard and execution once every six months.

Attend at least one continuing education class per month for continual growth.

 

Daily Activity For Future Success:

Always maintain the courage to do what is right and ethical.
