Recognized as a dynamic entrepreneur, real estate broker, business leader, trainer and coach, Greg thrives on the challenge of building businesses but his true passion is to help others succeed in accomplishing their goals.

As a thirty-one year real estate veteran, Greg has developed a vast array of knowledge & skills within the industry. His expertise spans residential and commercial/investment sales as well as brokerage development, growth and management. Over the past 20 years, Greg has owned and managed two real estate companies. He has built those companies from the ground up. Most recently, Greg and his team built a strong, profitable office from 4 associates to 122 associates in just 18 months earning “Rookie Business of the Year” honors from the Dayton Business Journal.   

Building a successful, profitable real estate company can also be translated into getting results for his clients. The concepts and fundamentals are the same. Business is built on proven models and specific systems to support those models. Greg implements many systems along with technology to get results for his clients.  Navigating today’s turbulent market and closing the sale is predicated on two things: 1) a clear understanding of the economic trends of the local market and 2) knowing and anticipating the roadblocks that can stop a sale from happening while having the knowledge and skill to sidestep those roadblocks.

Understanding the trends of the local economy and real estate market is paramount to helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions predicated on their personal real estate needs.  Greg has trained, coached and consulted with agents at all levels across the country on how to understand their local economy and how to position their listings “in” the market in order to get them “sold.”  Greg takes the time to educate his clients on the process of buying or selling real estate so they can feel comfortable and confident throughout the transaction.

Greg has a keen ability to actively listen and draw out the truth from his clients; helping them gain “clarity of purpose” in their objectives and their values.  Understanding the values that drive decisions simplify the decision-making process allowing for a much smoother transition to the next phase of life.  

Greg communicates the truth with honesty, integrity, caring and understanding, putting his client’s interests and goals first. He brings excitement and enthusiasm to his relationships. When engaged to represent a client with their real estate needs, Greg truly believes that “no person is an island” and “everyone succeeds with and through other people.” This is exemplified through his “team approach” when working with clients. Together, Greg and his clients will map out a strategy and set mutual expectations, roles and accountabilities to accomplish the task at hand.

Greg has been married for 27 years to his lovely wife, Melody. They reside in Sugarcreek Township, Ohio and have two young adult sons, Tyler and Brandon.
