ABOUT ME…

I am a native Central Ohioan. I have lived most of my life in the North-Northwest area of Franklin County, and now Southern Delaware. I graduated from Whetstone High School and attended Ohio State University. For almost 20 years of my adult career, I worked at an office equipment and later computer company owned by my family. In 1989, I became a Realtor. I have the pleasure of being a Realtor with HER since 2001. The reason I came to HER, is their cutting edge marketing and technology standards and ever-evolving growth. I do not believe that another company can match the success and results achievable with their marketing and my experience. Over $10+ Million in sales and 120 transactions, you will be working with the best company and an experienced, dedicated agent.

    CONSIDERING A NEW BUILD? WHY WORK WITH A REALTOR IN THE PURCHASE OF A NEW BUILD?

    To protect your best interests. The builders model/attendant/salesperson is usually NOT a Realtor and NOT subject to the strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct that I am bound by as a licensed Realtor in the State of Ohio. I will protect your best interest, I have no allegiance to the Builder, only to you.

    The best builders will welcome my participation.  It will cost you nothing., the cost is part of their advertising budget.  They know you will not buy more than 1-3 homes in a lifetime.  I will potentially bring them 1-3 buyers per year or more.  They want to treat my buyers and me very well.

    The attendant/salesperson represents the best interests of the Sellers (builder).  Most are very conscientious and operate with open fairness in mind.  My job is to make sure that the builder adheres to the terms in the contract and that those terms are customary and fair.  Also, mistakes happen during the building process (they are human).  I can assure that they are rectified to your satisfaction.
